The hotel was in a great location, close to many shops and restaurants as well as key bus stations. It was also within walking distance to several major tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel also offered a discount for parking, which was a great bonus.
The small size of the bathroom. It was a bit cramped and it could be a challenge moving around in there.

Thanks to a tram stop found right by the hotel, I could visit sightseeings. Location - GREAT. It was a big advantage to stay within 10 minutes’ stroll from shinshigai shotengai. Room met needs.

it was located so close to the a bus stop. all you need for one night in kumamoto. really good location. we will be returning here soon. we got free upgrade and enjoyed it.

Spent my New Year's Eve at a hotel in Kumamoto. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and cozy. I liked the fact that the hotel provided free Wi-Fi and had a comfortable bed. The location was perfect too, right in the middle of a bustling shopping area and close to several restaurants and cafes. Another thing I liked was that the hotel offered a discount for a nearby parking garage.
It was really cramped and barely enough space to move around. , the heating in the room was not very effective, and as a result, I felt cold all night.

Located near key bus stations and a short walk from the castle, this hotel's prime location makes it great for budget travelers. The clean rooms, friendly staff with good English and close proximity to shops and restaurants add to the convenience. A discount for parking is also provided. The twin rooms are compact but comfortable, and some offer a view of the city lights at night.
The bathroom could be larger for a more comfortable stay.
